The 12th Annual Keystone Conference in Harrisburg has made the decision to cancel this years gathering in an attempt to limit the spread of the Coronavirus, or COVID-19.

“Our first concern is the health and well-being of Keystone’s devoted participants, dedicated staff and volunteers, and you, our most faithful attendees.”

The conference leaders announced on March 8th to the conferences Facebook Page that they’d be refunding guests and looking forward to the 2021 event.

This decision was made after consulting several medical professionals and thoroughly reviewing information from and recommendations by the CDC and other respected agencies.

Many states are prohibiting gatherings over 250 people, as schools and government buildings close, we’ll be following cancelations of additional conferences and events this Spring. We hope that the virus is contained and eliminated in time for the Black Trans Advocacy Conference, Gender Odyssey, and the Philly Conference this Summer.

As always, please use caution when traveling, and practice safe hand-washing and mouth covering practices.
