Where do I start? What are my options? Family doesn’t wanna help. You feel alone, you just need some sorta direction. This sounds all too famiiliar. Every day we have thousands of transmen, who are going thru that same thing.

Do you feel if I don’t stay steady I’ll fall. If I don’t find something to grab onto I’ll fall. I found steady ground but its shaky. I found a handle to my path.
It may not be that easy for some. For others it is. it doesn’t matter where you are on this journey you call yours. It is progress, it is over coming what may come, and what has come in life till now.
Its making that decsion. It’s makeing the decision of wanting to be who you truly are as a person inside and matching the inside with the outside apperiance.
First and foremost, find a therapist who is centeralized with what your needs are. If your not sure what your needs are. Make a list of what you want out of this.

There are many options on where to start. First and foremost you need to find a therapist. You can always as a friend look online, or ask your primary doctor for a referrel. Also there are some great sites that you can use as well. Here is one I had found.
